1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Orders placed with a delivery address outside Australia will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged in plain, unbranded boxes or satchels with no mention of the contents or our business name. Your privacy is our priority.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas may be faster).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, weather events).

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $99

6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

7. Delivery Requirements
We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours.

If no one is available, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe location or direct it to your nearest post office.

8. Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us
