1. No Returns on Opened Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging β unless the product is defective. This includes:

2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Unopened Items
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
